These terms and conditions govern all services provided by Tribetravels (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you (“the customer”) agree to these terms.
Services include group tours, visa application assistance, and relocation/study abroad support. Additional services outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit stated for the trip.
Full payment must be made at least 21 days before the scheduled tour, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Failure to pay the full balance by the specified date may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
Cancellations made between 11 days and greater than or equal to 30 days before the start of the tour attracts full refund.
Cancellations made 10 days to 8 days before the start of the tour attracts partial refund.
Cancellations made 7 days before the start of the tour attracts NO refund
For visa application services, all fees are non-refundable once the application process has started.
Company-Initiated Cancellations:
In the event that Tribetravels cancels the tour for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
Tribetravels is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, travel bans, or other force majeure events. In such cases, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. Changes to Booking
Any changes to a booking (including but not limited to changes in dates, destinations, or group composition) must be requested at least 18 days before the trip. Such changes may be subject to additional fees.
Tribetravels reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary as necessary for the safety and enjoyment of the group, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Visa and Immigration Services
We offer visa application assistance but cannot guarantee the success of any visa application. The decision lies solely with the relevant immigration authorities.
We are not responsible for any delays, rejections, or additional requirements requested by embassies or consulates.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during the application process. Tribetravels is not liable for any consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that they have valid passports, visas, and other required documentation for travel.
Customers are responsible for arriving on time for tours and activities. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the activity with no refund.
Airport Transfers: Tribetravels does not provide airport transfers unless explicitly stated in the package. Customers are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the airport.
7. Limitations of Liability
Tribetravels is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by third-party services (including airlines, accommodation providers, and transportation companies).
We are not responsible for any changes in your personal or financial situation that may affect your ability to travel, nor for any costs incurred as a result of missed flights, late arrivals, or personal emergencies.
8. Travel Insurance
Tribetravels strongly recommends that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, which should cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other potential issues.
Tribetravels is not liable for any costs that would otherwise be covered by travel insurance.
9. Health and Safety
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the tour. Tribetravels will not be liable for any health-related incidents that arise during the trip.
Customers must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Tribetravels or third-party service providers. Failure to do so may result in termination of participation in the tour without refund.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before taking legal action.
